Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pretty good with city views beside the river, although the facilities were limited with only a microwave and kettle available. The wonderful views definitely made up for it, though.
The hotel offers fantastic views of the Yarra River, City, and Southbank. The rooms are clean and well-presented, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The service is friendly and helpful, although some issues like strong BO were not addressed efficiently. The location is ideal for exploring Melbourne with direct access to the Convention Centre and stunning views from the South Bank. The dining options are satisfactory, with some room for improvement in gluten intolerant choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with great amenities and value for money.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, though some cleanliness issues were noted in the bathroom. The service exceeded expectations with quick and easy check-in, but there were some minor cooking issues. The dining options are varied, but improvements could be made in certain dishes. Overall, a good value with some room for enhancements.
I stayed in the panoramic suite and enjoyed the proximity to the cafe and bar with a great sea view just in front of the hotel. However, the room was a bit stuffy and housekeeping came late in the day when I wanted to rest. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities nearby.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering great river views and exclusive access to the fantastic 'executive lounge' for breakfast. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was cool, but there could have been clearer signage for city views. The dining experience was nice for a birthday celebration, yet more variety in food options would have been appreciated.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious with very comfortable beds, although the room temperature couldn't be set below 18C, which was a bit inconvenient for me. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, right in the heart of the CBD, and the view from my room was fantastic. The dining experience was good, especially the buffet breakfast, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were reasonably spacious and well-equipped, and I loved the cafe and bar right in front of the hotel. However, some cleanliness issues were noted, like dusty wine glasses in the storage area, and the room being too hot at times.
